Around the World in Eighty Home Exchanges In a series of journeys that began in the summer of 2023 (and are still ongoing), we exchanged homes, spending a week at a time in a new destination. A wonderful world opened up to us—a glimpse into other people's lives. Since then, we have continued traveling, choosing home exchanges that allow us to "feel at home" anywhere on the map. Every time we entered a home, I photographed it as it had been prepared for us. And every time we left, I left behind a painting—an ink drawing as a keepsake for our hosts—capturing my perspective of the space that helped me feel at home.
מסביב לעולם בשמונים החלפות בתים בסדרה של מסעות שהחלו בקיץ 2023, (ועדיין נמשכים) החלפנו בתים, כל פעם לשבוע ימים ביעד אחר. נפתח בפנינו עולם מופלא של הצצה לחיים אחרים. מאז אנחנו ממשיכים במסעות ובוחרים החלפת בתים שיגרמו לנו ״להרגיש בבית״ בכל מקום על המפה. בכל פעם שנכנסנו לבית צילמתי את הבית כפי שהוכן עבורנו. ובכל פעם שיצאנו השארתי מאחור ציור (רישום דיו) מזכרת למארחים שמציג את נקודת המבט שלי על החלל וגרם לי להרגיש בבית.
