A Table for Two" is a video work that illustrates, through a single and simple gesture, the ethos of "The Old Dairy", an ecological farm founded by Uri Regev in Moshav Omatz. Operating from 2004 to 2018, the farm served as a center for demonstrating and teaching sustainable living and permaculture principles. Using stop-motion animation, the video follows the process of constructing a mud table for two, along with the seeding and sprouting of food directly upon the table surface itself.
